  • Onboarding - No Focus Group meeting in November, we will have one in mid-December.  Will be showing some planned enhancements for Day 1 Onboarding.  We have heard from several customers who are in the process of implementing Onboarding – always exciting to see uptake of new features.  If you want to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy (pelley@oracle.com)
  • ePerformance - We spent November looking at the top priority of enhancing notifications.  We are working to get in place due date notifications for all of the customers who don’t currently use outlook desktop integration.  This will greatly enhance the usability of the ePerformance system.  Development is currently under way and we will review this as well as the proposed designs for document transfer in the January focus group meeting.  If you want to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy (pelley@oracle.com)

  • HR Help Desk - Focus Group discussed improvements for Knowledge Base so customers can easily create and maintain solutions (individually or in bulk) while increasing their effectiveness in an agent facing scenario. Customers shared how they currently follow an approval based process for content management and indicated a strong need for a standardized process to help manage knowledge contents.
