  • Approvals & Delegation – We met with Financials customers and walked them through the HCM requirements and reviewed use cases for Delegations - if interested in joining, please reach out to Lulu (lourdes.hernandez@oracle.com).
  • Human Resources – Focus Group met to review and discuss new HR Analytics for the HR Administrator.   Focus Group also provided input on capturing social media information as part of onboarding/offboarding.
  • Employee Snapshot/Profile Mgmt - A joint focus group meeting will be held the first week of December.  If you are interested in joining please contact Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • Onboarding/Offboarding - We have been working on off boarding functionality as well as looking at enhancements to current onboarding functionality. We will have a focus group in early December be on the lookout for an invite.  Beginning in 1st quarter of next year we will start requirements gathering for pre-boarding.  If you have an interested in being on the focus group - contact  Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • ePerformance - Focus group met and reviewed roadmap items for ePerformance.  Development work on document transfer is in progress.  Use cases and customer feedback on the fluidization of the ePerformance documents is being reviewed.  We are looking for additional customer use cases for fluidizing ePerformance -  please provide your feedback on the Idea Space.  If you would like to be a part of the focus group contact Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • Position Management – Position Management Focus Group and discussed 1) an update on Effective Sequence 2) future (12-18 months) Position Management enhancements.  If you have an interested in being on the focus group - contact  Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com

  • Australia- The State Revenue Office of South Australia announced changes to Payroll Tax effective 1st January 2019 and assented to on 25 October 2018
  • U.S.A –The Missouri Department of Revenue published a revised Form 4282 (Employer’s Tax Guide) on October 3, 2018
  • U.S.A  – Washington State has announced a new Paid Family Leave and Paid Medical Leave program. Employers with employees in Washington will be required to collect and remit premiums for the program on wages paid on or after January 1, 2019
